Saltbush Café opened in 2019 with one coffee machine, four tables and a lot of hope.
Run by locals, for locals
Owners Priya and Tom grew up in Fremantle and wanted a café that felt like a second lounge room for the neighbourhood.
Today we have a team of 15, a sunny courtyard and the same commitment to doing simple food really well.
